CEO Statement
Hi, I'm John Evans. Known as a Chef in New Orleans. When my wife's job took us to Paris, the Glowing City, I was promised an epic food adventure, so I signed up for a bunch of food tours.
But after eight tours, all I got were macarons, baguettes, and déjà vu. Turns out, these tours were just repeating the same stuff, not showing the real French food scene. They were all copying each other and didn’t give good value. That’s why Chef Tours started—to give folks a real, passionate look at French cuisine. We’ll take our time expanding to make sure every tour meets Chef PJ’s high standards.
